Jeanne was awesome! She made the whole process as easy as possible. Since we live over 3 hours away from the house we were purchasing, having a dedicated agent made a huge difference in the ease of the process. The only thing I would recommend changing is for Crye-Leike to utilize a better e-signature platform. AuthentiSign is very flaky. DocuSign is much better.
